Gerrards Offers
Fresh Homemade
Vegetarian & Chicken Patties
Made
fresh to order: Gerrards' homemade vegetarian patties can be purchased through both
our Meat Department and our Delicatessen. Our Meat Department offers
vegetarian patties that are ready to cook, and our Delicatessen offers cooked
vegetarian patties ready to heat and eat. You will never have to buy
frozen vegetarian burgers again. YUM!
At Gerrards, we grind our own bone-less, skin-less chicken breasts for the
ultimate white-meat, extra-lean patty. Lightly flavored with garlic, it is
ready for grilling, broiling, or baking!
Both
of these patties, vegetarian and chicken, are not made daily, but they are made
on a rotating basis. They are, also, made to order. If you would like
either of these items, please call in your order to the
appropriate department: Meat Department for patties that are ready to
grill; Delicatessen for patties that
are hot or can be reheated. (909) 793-2808

New Law Puts a Label on
Fresh Meat,
The Press Enterprise,
September 29, 2008
by Mark Muckenfuss
- "There will be no more
mystery meat. Or,
at least, a lot less of
it. A new federal
regulation goes into effect today requiring packaged fresh meats to bear a country-of-origin label, much like the labels Californians are used to seeing on a lot of the produce..." Click Here for Full Story

Out to Lunch: Gerrards, The Redlands Daily Facts,
August 8,
2008 by Managing Editor, Jennifer M. Dobbs
- "...it was off to Gerrard's, which is such a cute little place. I love how
the regulars hang out
on the front patio and the fresh produce in crates lines the walkway to the
front door. The bunches of fresh flowers up front are cheery and although I
am not a wine drinker, I am sure the wine selection is cheery for some
folks."
